Write a Latex document that uses one of the algorithm* packages (algorithm2e, algorithmic, algorithmicx, algpseudocode) to describe mergesort. This will make you learn how to install packages and to use them by yourself.
Note: For installation, the texlive manager can be used. Be sure to point to the correct pdflatex executable. Upload only the relevant .tex files.
