Explanation on how ScriptTester.run() works:
It first creates and commits a new transaction TxA, which have 2 outputs:
-one cent (0.01 BTC), which is txAout
-the rest of the values (total input – 0.01)
It then creates and commits a second new transaction TxB using txAout as input (0.01 BTC), which have 1 output: -0.008 BTC, which is txAout – 2*millicoin (0.01 – 2*0.001 = 0.008) It tests the locking script of TxA with the unlocking script of TxB.
